    I’ve been doing this work out for a couple months now and its the perfect change of pace to my usual routine! I definitely recommend it for a fun dance work out!

    these chicks kinda make me want to laugh, but this is soooo great~!!! I started yesterday w/ the belly dance fitness workout (they’re in purple) soo fun and invigorating and what a workout!

    @devincigirl I just did parts1,2 and3 . I worked up a sweat and feel great after. I want to tone up my middle section. Not to coordinated but have rythum.Its gonna take a few times to get it right. I hope it works!!!!!

    lol! I’m latina and it makes me laugh like crazy, that latin music is always depicted as some 80’s fashion tune overloaded with keyboard effects
