Very professional, direct, and unquestionable.
My health is priority #1. Good foods, cardio, weights etc. I love the body I live in. I almost puked when I had a sip of 7-UP last week. It was repulsive. I drink water, & teas and I’m vegan.
My friends look at me odd when the stuff fried foods for breakfast in the mouths as I eat blueberries, grapefruits etc.
To them, I’m out of line and abnormal. The thought of junk food makes me sick. Health for life!
